Working across sculpture, installation and performance Carrie McGrath stimulates an awareness to space that intrigues understanding. Her work investigates how spaces are experienced, activated and the narratives formed within.
McGrath has exhibited extensively throughout Melbourne. In 2011 she completed a residency at Robert Wilson's Watermill Centre, New York. She has recently exhibited at Hang In There, Slopes Gallery, 2014; Penthouse Mouse, 2013; and her work has been commissioned for Centre for Style.
